Located in the West Adams neighborhood, this project provides 74 residential units and 9,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space to serve both residents and the surrounding community.

The six-story building features three levels of subterranean parking and a design parti composed of a base supporting three distinct masses with varied materials, creating visual interest and a modern presence.

Residents can enjoy shared amenities, including a rec room and roof terrace with views of the Hollywood Sign and downtown Los Angeles
