Located in the West Adams neighborhood, the project aims to bring 74 dwelling units and 9,000 square feet of commercial retail space for the large retail tenant to better serve the residents and the West Adams neighborhood. The building will be six stories, with 3 levels of subterranean parking. The design parti consists of a base with 3 separate masses with various materials.

The residents can also enjoy the building's rec room and roof terrace with a view of the Hollywood sign and downtown LA.
