Located in Los Angeles on the Northside of UCLA.

The project was fully renovated inside out with exterior enhancement and maximized the buildable area with additional rooms, an accessory dwelling unit, and an exterior deck looking over the rear hill.

 

The main house consists of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, Home office, Living, Dining, Library, Gym, and Wine Cellar. 

​

The detached accessory dwelling unit will be served as a guest house for visiting relatives and also be used as a meditation space. 

​

The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in early 2022.
