The Bentley Residence

Located on the Northside of UCLA in Los Angeles, this project involved a comprehensive renovation to enhance both interior and exterior spaces while maximizing the buildable area.

​

The main house now features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a home office, living and dining areas, library, gym, and wine cellar. An accessory dwelling unit was added, serving as a guest house for visiting relatives and a serene meditation space. The design also includes an exterior deck overlooking the rear hill, providing residents with outdoor relaxation and scenic views.
