Located in South Los Angeles, just half a mile from the future Hyde Park and Fairview Heights Metro Stations, this residential project aims to provide much-needed housing in the community, with 11% of units designated for ELI households.

The building features 26 residential units with on-grade parking. Constructed from 72 recycled shipping containers integrated with site-built portions, the design combines modular efficiency with thoughtful connections. The front façade highlights varied materials and decorative wood fins, creating a modern and inviting appearance.

 

Residents can enjoy the building’s roof deck, offering expansive views of the South LA Crenshaw area.
