PATH Metro Villas Campus delivers a total of 187 apartments with individualized supportive services, community spaces, and two health clinics as part of PATH’s homeless services support center.

Phase 1 includes Building A, providing 65 affordable housing units for homeless individuals. The building features spacious areas for clinical services, case management offices, a community room with a teaching kitchen, three landscaped and furnished rooftop decks, bicycle storage, and laundry facilities, supporting both residents’ daily needs and overall well-being.
