Located between Historic Filipino Town and Westlake North, this project sits close to downtown Los Angeles amid a rapidly developing area.

​

A unique challenge for the site is the existing sidewalk, which is largely non-compliant due to the steep grade change from Bonnie Brae St. to Burlington Ave.

The development offers residents a variety of amenities, including two sky decks, two courtyards with swimming pools, spas, BBQ areas with a kombucha tea bar, and a large community space featuring speakeasy-style rooms for adults.
